  • 4 egg whites
  • 1sccop whey protein powder
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 2 packets Stevia
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon or unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut or almond butter
  1. Combine the protein and egg whites in a mixing bowl and mix together until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a nonstick pan. Cook for about 2 minutes.
  3. Fill the crepe’s surface with nut butter and blueberries.
  4. Fold crepe over so the berries and nut butter are the center as filling. Cook for 1-2 minutes before serving.
  5. Cook crepes for an additional minute or two on each side after filling them with nut butter and blueberries right in the pan.
